Clinical Experience is provided through clinical rotations at our own Vikram Multispecialty Hospital and other leading affiliated hospitals, including Sri Sathya Sai Medical College and Sri Madhusudan Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research. During practical sessions, each student is exposed to specialized services under the constant supervision and guidance of experienced faculty and healthcare professionals.
S.L.E.S. provides its students an effective clinical experience in all specialties through the SNR District Hospital, Kolar, with its large capacity of 500 beds. In addition, the students are provided opportunities for clinical experience and learning through associations with multispecialty hospitals such as Sri Sathya Sai Medical College, Sri Madhusudan Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, R.L. Jalappa Hospital and Research Center, Kolar (1500 beds capacity), Chintamani Govt. Hospital, Srinivaspur Govt. Hospital, and Sidlaghatta Govt. Hospital (100 beds capacity each).
Community Based Training
The institution has, with the government’s permission, affiliated with 4 villages and 2 urban setups for community-based training, providing the students the much-needed opportunity to gain insight into a variety of diseases and execute community nursing care.
